QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT
ISBA Conference 2023
November 15, 16, and 17, 2023
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the ISBA Annual
Conference, notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in
attendance at such event.
No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. No meeting of the Board
will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the Idaho State
Code requirements for public meeting notices.
