Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon shallot; chopped
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbl. white wine
  • 1 qt heavy cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/8 tablespoon nutmeg; ground
  • 2 oz Flour and Butter Roux
Instructions

This is a Garden Vegetable Pasta dish made by adding fresh vegetables such as Zucchini, Bell Pepper and Red Onion to the Saute.
