REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT FORMS

There are 3 learning options this year for the 2020-21 school year:

1) Students can attend full-time at Hagerman JH/HS.
2) Students can attend Hagerman JH/HS virtually with distance learning.
3) Students can attend online home school through Hagerman Joint Virtual School with Venture Upward (www.ventureupward.org)

What is distance learning?

Distance learning is when students will be attending regular Hagerman JH/HS classes virtually from home. These will be the requirements of distance learning students:

a. Students will be required to be logged on their Chromebooks during regular class start times. If students are not in attendance on their Chromebooks when class begins, they will be marked absent/tardy. Students will fall under the tardy/absence policy of Hagerman JH/HS if they chose distance learning.

b. Students will be required to submit and complete assignments as per request of each Hagerman JH/HS teacher.

c. If students do not have internet services at home, Hagerman JH/HS will do their best to find a service option for the student. Parents and students will be responsible for picking up and turning in assignments at the school. COMMUNICATION will need to exercised during distance learning to ensure the success of the student.

**If students are unable to fulfill the distance learning requirements they will be recommended to enroll in Venture Upward for a more flexible learning schedule.**
