Hagerman Youth Athletics (HYA) 5th & 6th grade boys interested in playing football need to turn in a registration form on or before Friday, Sept. 3. Please put your registration form (and check) into our locked Pirate Box. (by front office) For more info, please call Sarah Funkhouser at 539-2267.

Check out our "Elementary Pirate News" bulletin board located by the DVD rental machine at Chappel's Market. We'd like to thank Chappel's Market for supporting our school and allowing us to post elementary school information on this bulletin board!
What is the Pirate Box? It's a locked box located near the front office. Parents and students are encouraged to leave things for the front office in it -- just make sure to clearly identify with a name. To avoid discrepancies, please don't leave cash in the Pirate Box.
Lunch money: If you'd like to pre-pay lunches for the 2010-11 school year , please put your check (payable to "Hagerman Hot Lunch") into the locked Pirate Box located by the elementary school's front office. If you have more than one student, we will divide the amount evenly unless you include a note instructing us how to divide the money. (or write it on the memo part of your check) ($20 for Joe, $10 for Sam, etc) Thank you! PLEASE - NO CASH IN THE PIRATE BOX (to avoid discrepancies) $1.65/student/day for K-6; $2.00/student/day for 7th-12th graders.
Hunters! Hunter Safety Class at Hagerman Elementary School September 27-October 1 - 6:00 - 8:30 nightly in the Multi-Purpose Room. Field Day on Oct 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Instructor: Nate Wiese Limited to 25 participants..register early! Students must be 9 1/2 years of age and must attend all classes. School Pictures will be taken on WEDNESDAY, September 9th. Students need to pick up a PICTURE ORDER FORM in the office. The completed order form and payment is required at the time of the photo! Senior Tux and Drape Photos will not be taken until October 5th.
Oh Say, Can You 'Sing'??? Any students who are interested in singing our National Anthem at ball games this year, please see Mrs. Gossi!
STUDENT COUNCIL MEETING - Tuesday, September 8th @ 7:45 a.m....the discussion will be regarding Homecoming Activities!
CLASS MEETINGS will be held next Tuesday @ noon. We need to discuss Homecoming!
JR AND SR CLASSES: You will be nominating Homecoming Royalty...3 boys and 3 girls from each class.
ACT TESTING - September 17th is the deadline to register for the October 23rd ACT test. Registration packets are available in the office, or from Mr. Hoffmann; students may also register online.
